Whether it’s minor(or major) inconveniences, new relationships, old relationships 🫣, bouts of sadness, imposter syndrome, family, or whatever other form your distractions may show up in. You have to push through that resistance, a completely different life may be waiting for you on the other side.

I am switching out some of my hair staples. I probably won’t be making any changes again unless my hair needs change. Keeping it simple is the reason I believe my hair is thriving.

I’m going to have to do a video showing all of the products I use, though my list isn’t very long lol.
