I want my daughter to understand her body long before the world teaches her to ignore it.

So many of us grew up only knowing we would get a period. No one explained the four phases of our cycle, why our hormones change, why our energy shifts, or how to support our bodies through each phase.

I want to teach her:
🌸 What happens during each phase of her cycle.
🌸 What foods nourish her body.
🌸 What habits support healthy hormones.
🌸 Why her energy naturally changes throughout the month.
🌸 How to understand her body instead of fighting against it.

Body literacy is a gift, and I believe every girl deserves it. If we teach our daughters while they’re young, they’ll grow into women who understand and care for the bodies that we’re gifted to us 🌿.
